Lino Talley gave his life to Christ in 1997 and served and trained under Pastor Leo William’s for three rigorous years, the founder of Kosrae Pentecostal Church in the Federated States of Micronesia. Lino Talley, under Pastor Leo’s direction was lead by the Spirit of God to bring the good news to Kailua Kona in 1998 and establish the first Kona Pentecostal Church. Presently, Pastor Lino serves as a traveling minister for Kosrae Pentecostal Church and serves where ever the need is.

Pastor Lino’s passion is to see people come fully alive to the wonderful plans God has for them and to help the church awaken to its highest purpose by hearing God’s voice, understanding His principles and bringing transformation to the people of the “Awakening Lady” (Kosrae) and the world around them.

Pastor Lino is a highly effective communicator of God’s Word, bringing salvation and Word of Truth to the lost nation out there while “Rightly Dividing the Word of Truth”.
