The purpose of having a Women’s Ministry is for spiritual encouragement and growth. Women have needs and face many unique challenges in life and so this is a perfect way to connect with each other in the word of God.

There are many ways that having a Women’s Ministry can be very useful. In this Kosrae Kona Fellowship, a few individuals have been appointed to be women leaders to help out in all areas needed and as fitting to their roles. It’s not only a social opportunity for women to come together to grow spiritually but the women leaders also do event planning, working with the other ministries within the fellowship, supporting the Pastor’s Vision and a lot more!
